Char Nikolai is a lifetime Kenosha-area resident, a licensed REALTOR® in Wisconsin and Illinois and a top producer at Cove Realty. Before real estate, she built decades of marketing and e-commerce experience, skills she now applies to property presentation, digital promotion and client communication.

She has closed more than 600 residential sales with approximately $180 million in career volume. In 2025, she sold 72 homes totaling approximately $18 million.
